These resources cover how to work with community partners to ensure all children can participate fully and effectively in Head Start programs. The Head Start Program Performance Standards require programs to plan and implement coordinated approaches for services to children who are dual language learners or who have disabilities or suspected delays, as well as for training and professional development and management of program data (45 CFR §1302.101(b)).
